  1. We want our players to have the best experience at MistHQ. If you need any support you can post a thread here with what your issue is and what you want us to do about it.

    You will get a response within 48hours of opening a support thread. Your thread will have the
    Answered prefix once a member of staff has answered it. You can also PM a member of staff if your issue is private and you will receive a response once the staff member has seen it. If you would like further support or need support immediately please join and we will help you out.

    My issue isnt sorted?
    If you have contacted a member of staff and the issue is not resolved or has occurred again, please join TeamSpeak or contact us on discord.
